Maritess Bott

As a practicing lawyer of more than twenty years, Maritess Bott understands how important her role is in aiding people through a difficult time. In fact, she knows that most clients come to her because they need guidance regarding an issue that they cannot handle alone. She has a way of using her skills to identify what her clients need and then implementing various methods to give them the best chances of a favorable outcome.

Maritess is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorney, which is a national organization that is dedicated to estate planning excellence. She is one of the very few lawyers who are part of this exclusive group. You can trust that if Maritess takes on your case, that you are in the most qualified and best of hands.

Ms. Bott graduated with a bachelor’s of science in Marketing and a minor in Communications from Northern Illinois University. She earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School, while also balancing a job at Weiss & Block Chartered. Ultimately, she started her own law firm out of the drive to provide better service to her clients in a personalized manner.

Maritess was born in the Philippines, and came to the U.S. at the age of five. She grew up in Skokie, and currently lives in Rolling Meadows with her children, husband, and adopted pup, Cinnamon. When she isn’t helping clients, she likes to spend time with family, go to sporting events, host family events, watch reality TV, and hang out with her girlfriends.

Don’t hesitate to contact a lawyer, including an employment law lawyer in Schaumburg, IL, like Maritess Bott from Bott & Associates if you need help with probate, trusts, elder law, medicaid, asset protection, business planning, or residential real estate.
